Returns & Refunds

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale. Once delivered, digital items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at morgana (at( morganabest (dot) com with clear photos of the issue. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Handling fees should from refunds. That is to say you will be charged a handling fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any other reason are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Custom or personalised items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
